We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Marketing professional to build our digital presence and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Reel Creation & Social Media Content

End-to-end reel creation: idea generation, scripting, shooting coordination, editing supervision, and publishing.

Produce short-form video content for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, etc.

Ensure reels are engaging, finance-focused, and aligned with brand tone.

Track reel performance and optimize for reach and engagement.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing

Manage and grow all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).

Build a monthly content calendar covering mutual fund education, SIPs, market insights, and financial planning concepts.

Run digital campaigns (organic + paid) to generate leads and increase brand reach.

Interact with followers and manage community engagement.

3. Brand Building & Marketing Collateral

Create presentations, brochures, newsletters, product explainers, and blogs.

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.

Develop simplified financial content for the everyday investor.

4. Campaigns, Lead Generation & AMC Coordination

Plan and execute marketing campaigns for SIPs, NFOs, smallcase portfolios, and insurance products.

Coordinate with AMCs for co-branded promotions and product visibility.

Support the sales team with marketing assets for client acquisition.

5. Events, Webinars & Investor Outreach

Promote and manage investor webinars, workshops, and offline events.

Create marketing content for event promotions.

6. Analytics & Reporting

Track metrics like engagement rate, impressions, reach, website traffic, leads, and reel performance.

Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports for management.

Requirements:-

MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech domain.

Strong hands-on experience in reel creation, content planning, and social media strategy.

Strong communication, creativity, and storytelling abilities.

Familiarity with mutual funds, SIPs, basic market concepts (preferred).

Experience with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
