About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support backend operations and documentation processes. This role provides hands-on exposure in the financial services industry, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage backend operational tasks for smooth daily workflow

Prepare, maintain, and update client documentation & internal records

Assist in data entry, KYC coordination, and compliance-related paperwork

Support account opening processes and client onboarding

Help generate operational reports and assist in reconciliations

Coordinate with internal teams for timely completion of tasks

Maintain accuracy and ensure adherence to internal processes

Assist in audits, follow-ups, and improving operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Graduate (any stream)

Strong attention to detail & willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience

Must be available for immediate joining
