Operations Management Intern

You will join Kirana Club as an Operations Management Trainee (Intern) and be a part of the Operations team. This role will provide you with hands-on exposure to supply chain, logistics, and support functions at a high-growth startup. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of key functions and experience a steep learning curve. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive timely closure of escalations from customers and brand partners. - Resolve edge cases by following up proactively with internal teams such as 3PL, sellers, and finance. - Track and optimize the support process to reduce Turnaround Time (TAT) and minimize repeat escalations. - Manually reconcile operational and financial data in complex support scenarios. - Lead short-term projects focused on enhancing customer experience and increasing delivery success rates. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: MBA/B.Tech from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. - Strong analytical skills to navigate through ambiguity. - High ownership attitude and proactive approach towards solving operational challenges. - Good communication skills in Hindi and English for effective stakeholder management.
