About the Role

Pinkwall Group is looking for a strategic and performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital and offline marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience in campaign management, team coordination, branding, and analytics and wants to take ownership of building the marketing ecosystem for a growing real estate brand.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for Pinkwall’s real estate projects

• Manage digital and offline campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation

• Plan monthly marketing calendars, budgets, and performance targets

Digital Marketing

• Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, and multi-channel campaigns

• Ensure proper analytics tracking through GA4, UTM setup, and dashboards

• Review and optimize landing pages, funnels, and user journeys

Branding & Communication

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

• Lead content strategy for social media, website, and marketing materials

• Coordinate creative assets including videos, photoshoots, and graphics

Team & Agency Management

• Manage internal marketing team members and external agencies

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment on leads and campaigns

• Conduct performance reviews and quality checks on all marketing outputs

Reporting & Analytics

• Track daily campaign performance and analyze ROI

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports for leadership

• Suggest insights-driven improvements for better results

Key Requirements

• 4–6 years of proven experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred)

• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns and marketing budgets

• Ability to coordinate teams, vendors, and creative agencies

• Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills

• Working knowledge of social media strategy, SEO basics, and content planning

• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
