About Us:

We are a prominent UK-based media publishing house specializing in newspapers, B2B magazines, and high-profile corporate events across the UK and USA. Our Kochi office supports key strategic and operational functions, and we are expanding our leadership team.

We are seeking a forward-thinking Strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives with a long-term vision, driving brand positioning, growth, and engagement across our print, digital, and event verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the global marketing strategy for our media publications and corporate events, ensuring alignment with UK and USA market trends.

Lead strategic campaign planning for print, digital, and experiential marketing initiatives.

Build strong positioning strategies for our B2B magazines and branded events in niche markets.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (editorial, sales, events, design) to create cohesive go-to-market plans.

Identify and target audience segments, enhancing subscriber growth, advertiser reach, and event attendance.

Manage brand communication, content strategy, and thought leadership to reinforce brand identity in international markets.

Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to support data-driven decisions.

Oversee and mentor a small marketing team or agency partners from the Kochi office.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic marketing, preferably in media, publishing, or events industries.

Strong understanding of UK/USA markets and international marketing trends.

Proven ability to lead end-to-end strategy execution across digital and traditional platforms.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and digital ad platforms.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

A strategic thinker with a hands-on attitude and global exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
