Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Mysore. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive growth. Key responsibilities include planning and implementing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing market research and analysis, and identifying new market opportunities. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and overseeing a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Analysis
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Familiarity with Brand Development, Public Relations (PR), and Partner Marketing
• Proficiency in Data Analytics and CRM tools for monitoring campaign performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple projects
