Key Responsibilities:

Do Flat sales and develop sales strategies.

• Monitor The Agreement Of customer.
• Help CRM and customer for healthy Relationship.
• Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
• Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in Real Estate, relationship management, or real estate sales Excellent interpersonal,Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-first attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Good knowledge of local real estate markets and trends.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury or high-value real estate segments.
• Real estate certifications or training in customer relationship management.
• Multilingual abilities(depending on region).
