About the Role

At MediSim VR, marketing is about more than visibility — it’s about driving meaningful change in how healthcare professionals learn and grow.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll lead content-driven and account-based marketing efforts that build brand trust, generate leads, and support business growth. You'll create campaigns that educate, engage, and inspire, while also managing strategic partnerships across institutions and geographies.

This role combines content strategy, performance marketing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners. From launching new modules to activating campuses and building thought leadership, you’ll drive initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities


Marketing Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing plans that integrate both content-based and account-based marketing approaches.
  • Align marketing initiatives with business goals, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and position MediSim VR as a category leader in immersive medical training.

Content Marketing & Brand Building

  • Own and refine the brand voice across platforms—LinkedIn, Instagram, website, email campaigns, and event communications.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content assets, including blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, product explainers, and testimonials.
  • Execute campaigns for product launches, VR lab inaugurations, student activations, and institutional collaborations.
  • Ensure every piece of content is consistent, impactful, and error-free.

Strategic Partnerships & Institutional Outreach

  • Develop and manage strategic marketing partnerships with medical colleges, skill councils, and government stakeholders.
  • Execute co-branded campaigns and communication strategies with partners, showcasing joint success stories and case studies.
  • Apply account-based marketing strategies to engage key decision-makers with tailored messaging and experiences.

Public Relations, Events & Brand Visibility

  • Drive media outreach and public relations to secure coverage in healthcare, education, and startup publications.
  • Represent the brand at events, summits, roadshows, and product demo sessions—both virtually and on-ground.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute regional activations, thought leadership events, and roundtable discussions.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years in healthcare, SaaS, edtech, or tech-driven industries.
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, event execution, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and design.
  • Proficient in using tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot, or similar.
  • A curious and agile mindset with a passion for emerging tech and healthcare impact.
