Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Head is responsible for developing and executing the company’s overall marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role involves overseeing all aspects of marketing including branding, digital marketing, market research, product promotion, events, and public relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities.
  • Plan annual marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI on campaigns.

2. Brand Management

  • Strengthen brand positioning across local and international markets.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
  • Oversee creative campaigns, advertising, and corporate communications.

3. Digital & Offline Marketing

  • Drive digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, influencer marketing).
  • Oversee traditional marketing (print media, TV, outdoor campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions).
  • Lead the design and execution of customer engagement campaigns.

4. Product Marketing

  • Work with product development and sales teams to design go-to-market strategies.
  • Create effective promotional strategies for new product launches.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback for improvements.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Operations for cross-functional initiatives.
  • Partner with external agencies, media houses, and creative partners.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor marketing performance metrics (lead generation, conversions, brand reach).
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on marketing ROI.
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Marketing Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
