Quick Commerce Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) operations. The role involves overseeing business strategy, operations, category management, customer experience, and partnerships to drive growth in our rapid delivery ecosystem. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce/retail, operational excellence, and digital-first consumer businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute the end-to-end Q-Commerce strategy aligned with company goals.
• Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and retention through innovative campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.

Category & Vendor Management

• Manage assortment planning, pricing, and promotions for various categories.
• Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and brands to ensure competitive pricing and margins.
• Track inventory accuracy, demand forecasting, and product availability.

Customer Experience & Technology

• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvements.

Team Leadership & Performance

• Build, train, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Define KPIs and track team performance for efficiency and profitability.
• Foster a high-performance, customer-first culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quick Commerce: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
