Key Responsibilities-

1) Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives to promote products or services, Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms
  • Implement Campaigns: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from ideation and planning to execution and analysis.
  • Identify Markets: Research and identify new potential markets for products and services.

2) Budget & Resource Management

  • Manage Budgets: Prepare and manage marketing budgets, monitoring expenses to ensure effective allocation of resources & Evaluate ROI: Track marketing expenses and calculate the return on investment (ROI) to demonstrate campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze Performance: Evaluate the success of marketing initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor Trends: Stay informed about the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practices to keep strategies relevant.

3) Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales, product development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Engage External Partners: Manage relationships with third-party marketing experts, media organizations, and advertising agencies.

4) Brand Building & Communication

  • Oversee Brand Messaging: Ensure brand messaging is consistent and effectively communicates the company's value proposition.
  • Manage Digital Presence: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

Required skills-

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with AI &marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
  • Experience in marketing-specific tools or platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of performance marketing and growth hacking techniques
  • Understanding of recent technologies in Financial Markets & Business.
  • Strong cross - cultural awareness and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
