Define KPIs, performance metrics, and goals for campaigns. Campaign Management: Plan and run campaigns across SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media, display, email marketing, and content marketing. Manage paid advertising across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube. Content & SEO: Oversee content creation for blogs, landing pages, emails, and social media. Optimize website and content for SEO and improve organic reach. Email & CRM: Manage lead nurturing campaigns and customer journeys using marketing automation tools(e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, GetResponse). Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other BI tools. Provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports. Collaboration: Work with design, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Solid knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Preferred Skills: Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Knowledge of HTML/CSS or CMS platforms like WordPress.
