Job Title: Marketing Manager
Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role involves managing both digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the company’s brand message is consistent across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, promotional campaigns, and advertising initiatives.
• Manage social media, SEO/SEM, website content, and digital marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design effective lead-generation strategies.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
• Manage budgets, marketing vendors, and external agencies.
• Organize events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and corporate identity across all channels.
• Prepare periodic reports on marketing performance and future strategy.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, SEM, CRM).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Analytical mindset with knowledge of marketing KPIs and metrics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
