About the Role

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

Support the planning and execution of digital and offline marketing campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance across key metrics (CTR, CVR, ROI, etc.).

Content & Communication

Coordinate creation of content across social media, website, email, and paid ads.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice.

Digital Marketing

Assist in running campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
Support SEO/SEM initiatives and manage basic analytics tracking.

Brand Building & Partnerships

Help manage influencer and partner collaborations.
Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards on campaign performance.
Highlight learnings and suggest optimizations.

Requirements

1–2 years of marketing experience (internships and full-time roles considered).
Basic understanding of digital advertising, social media platforms, and marketing analytics.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and product teams.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Canva/Figma (basic), and Google Analytics (preferred).
