Roles & Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company revenue targets • Collaborate with agents and internal teams to create and refine sales scripts • Track, collate, and analyze sales data for performance insights • Supervise and enhance pre-sales follow-ups to boost site visit conversions • Drive monthly sales performance and consistently achieve KPIs Desired Candidate Profile: • Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (both direct and channel) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently • Strong organizational and planning capabilities • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, social media, and email marketing The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, a solid understanding of AI tools relevant to marketing and communication, and hands-on experience with print media and collateral design.
