About the company: We're a 3rd generation real estate company looking to build a strong marketing team to drive lead generation and brand awareness. As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to support our sales team and grow our business.

Job Summary: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing executive to execute marketing campaigns, managing data, track performances and perform allied tasks that support sales. You'll be responsible for planning and implementing lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google, managing our online presence and coordinating with different vendors to create an outstanding customer experience at site. Requirements:

1. Fluency in English (verbal and written)

2. Proven experience in lead generation and marketing with minimum 2 years of experience

3. Strong understanding of Meta platforms and their advertising capabilities

4. Experience in executing WhatsApp automated marketing campaigns

5.. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

1. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, G Suite, Google Analytics, Custom Data Dashboards

2. Experience with Canva, Wix, WordPress, and photo / video editing tools, AI tools

3. Knowledge of SEO, AI optimization and content marketing strategies

4. Experience of marketing luxury and premium apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales

2. Manage and optimize lead generation on Meta, Google and other performance platforms

3. Manage CRM system, create custom flows and triggers to automate marketing tasks

4. Execute WhatsApp automated campaigns to engage with customers and agents

5. Optimize listings on property listing sites like 99acres, Magic Bricks and Housing.com

6. Conduct market research and analyse data to make an informed marketing decisions

7. Manage tele-callers and ensure effective follow-up

8. Plan and execute influencer marketing and PR activities to build brand awareness

9. Coordinate with multiple vendors for collaterals, photo shoots, site branding and site related requirements

10. Coordinate and plan events for brokers to build brand loyalty

11. Develop media plans that include outdoor, print, BTL and new-age media

12. Create engaging content (posts, ads, videos, etc.) to showcase our projects and brand

13. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results

14. Collaborate with our sales team to understand their needs and align marketing efforts

15. Manage and maintain our website (Wix/ Wordpress) and online presence

16. Create and edit visual content using Canva, photo and video editing tools
