As we expand our operations in Chennai, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our content and demand generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns, optimizing SEO, and leveraging various lead acquisition channels. Experience with Zoho CRM is a plus, as you will be responsible for managing and analyzing customer data to enhance our marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation campaigns to increase lead acquisition and conversion. Collaborate closely with Sales to align campaigns with company revenue goals and targeted customer personas. Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness to continuously refine social media strategies. Leverage social listening tools to drive audience engagement and brand reputation. Paid Search (PPC): Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant PPC platforms. Conduct keyword research, develop ad creatives, and implement campaign optimizations. Analyze campaign performance and ROI using analytics tools, optimizing ad spend to maximize outcomes. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Mentor and guide junior marketing team members in best practices and professional development. Requirements Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation and demand generation. Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and lead acquisition strategies. Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools. Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
