Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute our 360° marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should be agile, adaptable, and possess a deep understanding of branding, digital marketing, and performance-driven campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
360° Marketing Strategy & Execution
● Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and on-ground channels.
● Manage and oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email marketing, social media, and paid media.
● Coordinate with design and BD teams to align campaigns with business goals and brand voice.
Branding & Communication
● Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and customer touchpoints.
● Drive development of marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, case studies, and web content.
● Monitor competitor branding strategies and develop differentiators for CiaoGreen.

● Run and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation and brand visibility.
● Track key marketing KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize ROI.
● Create monthly dashboards and performance reports for internal review.
Agility & Innovation
● Adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and internal requirements.
● Proactively identify opportunities to amplify brand presence or improve conversion funnels.
Cross-functional Collaboration
● Work closely with business development, design, and leadership teams to support business goals through marketing.
● Manage vendor relationships and oversee quality output from marketing service providers.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the design, real estate, or creative industry.
● Proven experience in managing branding and digital campaigns, especially Google Ads & Meta Ads
● Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
● Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO platforms, and email marketing software.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
