Destro AI is building the global intelligence platform for robotics — a cloud-native orchestration and decision engine that controls fleets of autonomous robots in real-time across warehouses and factories.

Marketing Manager



Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Outreach

  • Run LinkedIn and Apollo campaigns to identify, engage, and nurture leads across priority accounts
  • Collaborate with founders to craft personalized outreach messages, sequence follow-ups, and drive call bookings
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and help track lead status, responses, and conversions from outbound efforts

Social & Thought Leadership

  • Plan and publish engaging LinkedIn content (8–12/month) across company and founder pages
  • Drive founder-led brand visibility and audience growth through consistent, high-quality posts
  • Track engagement and suggest content experiments based on performance

Website Management

  • Own and update the company website
  • Create and maintain landing pages, product visuals, and SEO-optimized content
  • Ensure website reflects the latest GTM and product messaging

Sales Collateral & Decks

  • Design investor decks, sales enablement presentations, product one-pagers, and brand visuals
  • Maintain consistent visual identity and brand messaging across all materials

Newsletters & Email Marketing

  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters (Mailchimp, Substack, or equivalent)
  • Develop basic email templates and lead-nurture content

Media & PR Outreach

  • Build a media list and coordinate outreach to relevant industry journalists and publications
  • Maintain press kits and support company announcements or founder profiles

Content & Podcast Production

  • Help produce lightweight video/audio content (e.g., founder interviews, product explainers)
  • Repurpose long-form content into short social-ready formats

Brand & Messaging Consistency

  • Maintain a library of brand assets including logos, boilerplates, product photos, and tone guidelines
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints



Requirements:

  • 4–6 years experience in content marketing, digital brand, or communications roles
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills with a portfolio of content or design work
  • Proficiency with Canva, Figma, or PowerPoint for visual asset creation
  • Experience with Wix or Elementor for website updates
  • Strong grasp of B2B marketing and social storytelling, especially via LinkedIn
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage projects end-to-end
  • Bonus: Exposure to robotics, logistics, AI, or startup environments
