Marketing Manager

As an experienced candidate for the role, you will be responsible for evaluating RFQs, estimating tooling costs, assessing manufacturing feasibility, and maintaining inquiry records. Your role will involve preparing detailed techno-commercial proposals based on RFQs to enhance clarity on feasibility and pricing. Key Responsibilities: - Actively following up with potential customers to gather feedback on submitted quotations. - Organizing and participating in customer visits to understand their requirements and build strong relationships. - Addressing and resolving technical and commercial queries from customers regarding their products. - Participating in APQP meetings to support new development initiatives both internally and with customers. - Providing technical guidance to the internal team on outsourced/vendor-based processes to ensure accurate offerings. - Engaging in the early stages of customer product design in coordination with internal teams for effective execution. - Overseeing the industrialization of new products through to serial production. - Conducting quarterly price reviews and evaluating the costing of both existing and new products to ensure accuracy and identify value additions. - Coordinating open order supplies by liaising with customers and internal teams, managing the process from order receipt to final dispatch. - Reviewing and analyzing NDAs and other relevant commercial agreements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. - Experience in manufacturing and industrial engineering. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Proficiency in technical and commercial proposal preparation. In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you may also be required to engage with the early stages of customer product design, provide technical guidance on processes, and manage the industrialization of new products.,
