Job Overview

Marketing Management Trainee – Client Relations

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing and Sales team in executing local marketing campaigns and events.
Serve as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
Handle client queries and coordinate property site visits.
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools).
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales customer experience.
Contribute to market research and competitor analysis in the regional real estate market.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
