Job Overview


Marketing Management Trainee – Client Relations


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the Marketing and Sales team in executing local marketing campaigns and events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
  • Handle client queries and coordinate property site visits.
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM tools).
  • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives in collaboration with the corporate marketing team.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth post-sales customer experience.
  • Contribute to market research and competitor analysis in the regional real estate market.


Key Skills Required:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Energetic personality with a learning attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
