Job Description

We, at Ambuja Neotia, are looking for smart, dynamic, and energetic candidates for a Front Desk Receptionist position at our newly launched residential project #Utpalaa. As the first point of contact at our marketing office, the individual would play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our visitors and clients. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls, handling queries, and directing visitors Schedule meetings and appointments in coordination with internal departments Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Provide administrative support to various departments Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the Company Qualification Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pleasant personality and professional appearance Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Friendly and professional demeanor Experience 1+ years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role Interested candidates may share their updated Resume at ashmita.mitra@ambujaneotia.com.
