We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Lead to oversee and execute our marketing strategies, drive student enrollments, and enhance the brand presence of Excellencia across regions. This role is ideal for a marketing professional from the education sector who thrives in a high-growth environment.

Position Summary:

The Marketing Lead will play a critical role in building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and supporting admissions through well-planned marketing campaigns and initiatives. This is a hands-on role with both strategic planning and execution responsibilities, requiring a deep understanding of education sector marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) aimed at increasing student enrollments.
  • Manage marketing budgets efficiently across campaigns and regions.
  • Handle digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website content updates.
  • Coordinate closely with academic and operations teams for planning events such as seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship programs.
  • Monitor and support local marketing efforts across all branches.
  • Assist with marketing strategies for expansion into new markets and support new branch launches.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with feeder schools, education consultants, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and feedback to refine marketing strategies.
  • Lead and guide a small marketing team to achieve performance targets.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institute.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in education sector marketing, preferably in the Schools or Junior Colleges segment.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive lead generation and support admissions growth.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing multi-location marketing campaigns.
  • Creative, data-driven, and strategic thinking mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
