Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Intern based in Delhi, India. The Marketing Intern will assist in market research, develop marketing strategies, and engage in effective communication with clients and team members to support business growth. Responsibilities include conducting competitive research, supporting sales initiatives, providing top-tier customer service, and contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with both internal teams and external customers.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify trends, gather data, and contribute to strategy development.
• Basic knowledge of Sales principles and practices to support business development efforts.
• Customer Service experience to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Enthusiasm for learning, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
• Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing or sales roles is a plus but not mandatory.
