Role Overview-

We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our brand-building, lead generation, and marketing operations.

This senior leadership role will have full ownership of Pushpam Infra’s marketing strategy and execution across digital, traditional, and international channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing and Brand Building

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

• Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and brand presence across digital, print, PR, and on-ground channels.

• Build strong brand partnerships and alliances to enhance visibility and credibility.

2. Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition

• Design and implement performance-driven lead generation campaigns (digital and traditional).

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead quality, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates.

• Manage high-ROI marketing campaigns with agencies, media planners, and internal teams.

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics.

3. Marketing Operations and Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the in-house marketing team and external partners (agencies, freelancers).

• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and ownership standards for the team.

• Manage marketing budgets for optimal resource allocation.

• Implement marketing processes, workflows, and reporting systems.

• Manage CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

4. Real Estate and Market Insight

• Use prior real estate marketing experience to understand customer behavior, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.

• Monitor competitor strategies and market developments in the second home segment.

• Provide actionable insights to business leadership.

Candidate Profile-

• 15 to 20 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 10 years in real estate marketing (residential or second homes).

• Proven track record of successful brand-building and lead-generation campaigns.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.

• Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent team leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and project execution skills.

• MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.
