Job Description

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Updating financial records, entering transactions, and maintaining accurate financial data. Invoice and Payment Processing: Preparing and processing invoices, handling payments, and ensuring timely payments to vendors and customers. Bookkeeping: Performing basic bookkeeping tasks, such as maintaining ledgers and reconciling accounts. Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports. Administrative Support: Handling clerical tasks like filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence. Customer and Vendor Communication: Communicating with customers and vendors regarding billing, payments, and other financial matters. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Audits and Budgeting: Assisting senior accountants with audits and budgeting.
