As we scale, we are looking to hire a visionary Head of Marketing who can lead the brand to new heights with strategic leadership and result-driven marketing execution. Position Overview The Head of Marketing will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall marketing strategy, strengthening brand positioning, and driving growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This is a senior leadership role suited for a highly experienced professional with a strong track record in e-commerce or digital-first organizations. Key Responsibilities Develop, lead, and execute the company’s end-to-end marketing strategy, aligning with business goals and growth targets. Oversee all digital and traditional marketing functions including SEO, SEM, social media, influencer marketing, email campaigns, content, CRM, and brand partnerships. Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team. Utilize analytics and market research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for brand growth and customer engagement. Monitor marketing KPIs, budgets, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to ensure optimized performance. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns. Drive brand consistency, innovation, and customer-centric storytelling across all platforms. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 10–11 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within the e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet sectors. Proven experience in building and scaling marketing teams and campaigns across multiple channels. Strong understanding of digital marketing, consumer behavior, market trends, and branding. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution is preferred.
