The Marketing Head will lead the institute’s overall marketing, communications, and brand-building initiatives to attract prospective students and strengthen the institution’s market presence. The role involves strategic planning, campaign execution, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure an exceptional prospective student experience from awareness to enrollment.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience
Design and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with institutional goals for growth and enrollment.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the education sector.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring high ROI and measurable outcomes.
Supervise the creation of marketing materials, brochures, social media campaigns, and digital content.
Analyze digital performance metrics and use insights to refine marketing strategies.
Ensure the institute’s online platforms effectively reflect its brand and academic offerings.
Plan and execute promotional events, seminars, webinars, and educational fairs to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate closely with internal teams involved in student engagement and admissions to ensure smooth lead nurturing and conversion.
Oversee the journey from initial inquiry to final enrollment, ensuring a positive and informed student experience.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
Coordinate with academic and administrative units to align communication strategies and ensure unified messaging.
Track performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and lead conversion data.
Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
