Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Market Head to oversee both our Sales and Marketing departments.
This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, creating marketing strategies, and leading teams to achieve company objectives across all verticals — Air, Train, Visa, Passport, Tour Packages, and Forex Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales Head and the Marketing Team to achieve overall business targets.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to strengthen brand presence and generate quality leads.
• Develop market expansion strategies and partnerships to increase visibility and customer reach.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to align marketing goals with business objectives.
• Review and analyze sales and marketing performance reports; set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Allocate and monitor marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven marketing activities.
• Drive innovation in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
• Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
• Ensure coordination between Sales, Operations, and Digital Marketing teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Marketing Leadership or similar role in Travel / Tourism / Service Industry.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in digital marketing, branding, and sales strategy development.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple verticals simultaneously.
