Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, brand, product marketing, and communications.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and voice across all channels.
Lead demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
Define and analyze key metrics (e.g. ROI, CAC, CLV, MQLs) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Drive PR, media relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Oversee digital marketing strategy including SEO/SEM, paid media, email, and social.
Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
812+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong experience in B2B or B2C marketing (specify depending on your business).
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on knowledge of CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), and analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau).
Exceptional communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
