Job brief: We are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department. We are looking for a talented marketing strategist who can inspire team members and drive success. In this role, you will lead our Marketing department to maximize profitability and enhance competitiveness in the market. Responsibilities: ⏩ Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative ⏩ Plan, create, and oversee content production across various formats – blog posts, social media, email campaigns, videos, infographics, white papers, and case studies ⏩ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department and set, monitor and report on team goals ⏩ Leverage data to optimize marketing performance and ROI ⏩ Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies ⏩ Ensure DynTech brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) ⏩ Analyse consumer behaviour and determine customer personas ⏩ Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share ⏩ Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) ⏩ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness ⏩ Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives ⏩ Keep track of and enhances website visitor conversion rates to accomplish targeted goals and assesses the success of marketing initiatives. ⏩ Focus on lead generation initiatives and makes certain that leads are produced in a way that is consistent with the objectives of the company, both in terms of number and quality.
