Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities: 1. System Development & Automation: Design, develop, and implement new process workflows and automated systems using Google App Script to enhance operational efficiency. Create and manage automated email alert systems within Google Sheets to provide real-time updates on critical business events as per management requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for automation in data extraction, reporting, and daily tasks, utilizing tools like Google App Script, Power BI, and Excel VBA.
