Junior Process Engineer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Junior Process Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of water and wastewater treatment systems. This role is ideal for a technically inclined and curious individual who wants hands-on exposure to membrane-based systems (UF, RO, NF, MBR) and turnkey treatment solutions such as ETPs, STPs, and ZLD systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing basic process design documents such as PFDs, mass balances, and equipment sizing.
  
• Support senior engineers in membrane selection and process calculations for various water treatment projects.
  
• Help develop technical proposals and layout drawings in coordination with the design and sales teams.
  
• Contribute to project documentation, including datasheets, technical specs, and manuals.
  
• Participate in pilot plant setups, lab testing, and basic performance analysis of membrane systems.
  
• Visit project sites (as required) to assist in commissioning, trials, and troubleshooting.
  
• Stay updated with water treatment trends, membrane technologies, and design practices.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (Freshers or up to 2 years of experience).
  
• Basic understanding of water chemistry, process engineering, and membrane technologies (RO, UF, etc.).
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and basic engineering software.
  
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and grow in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
  
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate across functions.
