We are seeking a reliable and experienced Shift Operator for our Water Treatment Plant (WTP) to manage the operation and maintenance of RO (Reverse Osmosis), DM (Demineralization), WTP units. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in plant operations, routine maintenance, and basic water quality testing. Location: Valsad, Gujarat. Project Type: Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Payroll: Aarvi Encon Ltd. Working Days: 6 days per week Week Off: 1 day per week Working Hours: 8 hours per day (excluding lunch break) Leave Policy: 1.5 days per month Salary : 26,000/- Gross. Qualification: B.Sc. in any discipline Experience: 3 to 5 Years in O&M for RO, DM, ETP, WTP with basic testing. Roles & Responsibilities: Operate and maintain Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Reverse Osmosis (RO), Demineralization (DM), and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) systems. Conduct basic water testing (e.g., pH, TDS, BOD, COD). Monitor and record daily operational parameters and maintain shift logs. Perform preventive maintenance and support during equipment breakdowns. Ensure efficient and safe functioning of treatment systems including pumps, valves, and dosing systems. Adhere to safety protocols and environmental compliance standards.
