Job Description/ Responsibilities : Self driven, dynamic candidate with a strong marketing/sales background. Should have experience in generating leads, through different channels, of C&I segment power consumers who are willing to procure RE power/ set up RE power plants Should be well versed with Open Access Regulations across different states in India for sale of RE power. Responsible for Business Development in the assigned region including customer acquisition so as to increase Sales revenue quarter after quarter. Will be accountable for achieving Top line and Margin targets. Will also be responsible for Sales Promotion, Customer Relationship Management, Market research including competitor information, and Service. Formulating strategies & Tapping unexplored market segments for business expansion. Reviewing the market response/ requirements/change and communicating the same to the management. Dealership Management and Monitoring Mechanism like Daily Prospect sheet, Weekly & Monthly Review with dealership Involved in business development function of the SBU : Responsible for analysis & Study of RFP/RFQ, Solution/Proposal Development, Product Presentation, Negotiation , Order Procurement and Relationship Management Scanning and analyzing emerging business scenario in Power , Steel , Mining and Port sectors Work on digital marketing strategy Communicate with Vendors, Buyer, Business Analyst Execute end-to-end marketing strategy which should include web marketing Assist marketing head in developing marketing collaterals and advertising. Ensure accuracy & timeliness as per business needs & demonstrate high sense of accountability Increase sales in the existing customer base and by creating new customers. Techno-commercial negotiation, timely Order processing and Offer processing Maintain proper documentation and feedback received for all activities of Industrial marketing To male sales calls & enquires. Job Description The AVP of Supply Chain Management (SCM) oversees the entire supply chain, ensuring efficient procurement, logistics, and vendor management to support large-scale solar projects. This role involves strategic planning, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and Sourcing and Procurement: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to secure the best value for materials, components, and services, while considering quality, delivery schedules, and vendor performance. Vendor Management Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, evaluating their performance and negotiating contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Logistics And Inventory Control Manage the flow of materials from suppliers to project sites, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and inventory management to minimize lead times and costs. Contract Management Oversee contract negotiations and ensure adherence to contractual obligations, including monitoring performance and resolving disputes. Cost Management Implement cost-reduction initiatives and track expenses to ensure adherence to project budgets and improve overall profitability. Team Leadership Lead and mentor the SCM team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and professional Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing supply chain Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical Engineering, MBA or certificate course in supply chain management.
