About the Role:

Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

Research, write, and edit compelling content on renewable energy topics including solar, wind, green hydrogen, energy storage, and net-zero goals.

Create content for blogs, articles, press releases, case studies, white papers, brochures, presentations, and website pages.

Collaborate with marketing, technical, and business development teams to produce accurate and audience-appropriate material.

Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging, and accessible content for a non-technical audience.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, policies, and technological developments in clean energy.

Optimize content using SEO best practices to increase digital visibility and engagement.

Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.

Proofread and edit content for grammar, accuracy, and brand alignment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field.

2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably in the renewable energy, sustainability, or technology sectors.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a portfolio of published work.

Ability to understand and convey technical concepts to a broad audience.

Familiarity with SEO, content management systems (like WordPress), and basic design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite) is a plus.

Knowledge of government policies, industry standards, and market trends in the clean energy sector is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with marketing or PR teams in the energy or environment domain.

Understanding of B2B content strategies and lead-generation copywriting.

Basic video scripting or podcast content experience.
