We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead all marketing initiatives for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive qualified leads, and support sales objectives for residential and/or commercial projects. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Plan and manage go-to-market strategies for new project launches. 2. Brand Management Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning in the real estate market. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Oversee development of branding, creative, and communication assets. 3. Lead Generation & Digital Marketing Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, and email marketing. Manage CRM systems to track leads, nurture prospects, and improve conversions. Optimize campaigns based on analytics and KPIs (ROI, CPL, CTR, etc.). 4. Project Marketing Design marketing plans for individual real estate projects including brochures, site branding, and events. Coordinate with sales and site teams to ensure alignment on project promotions and pricing. 5. Team Management & Collaboration Lead and mentor the internal marketing team and manage relationships with external agencies. Collaborate with the sales, design, and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. 6. Offline Marketing & Events Oversee print media, outdoor advertising (hoardings, billboards), and event sponsorships. Organize promotional events, exhibitions, and open-house campaigns. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience leading marketing in real estate, property development, or similar sectors. Strong grasp of digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and pricing strategies.
