Marketing Graphic Designer


What You'll Do:


As the go-to design partner for the marketing team, your daily work will revolve around supporting and shaping everything visual:


  • Design for campaigns & events

    : Create assets for both

    offline events

    (booth designs, standees, banners, merch, handouts) and

    online presence

    (social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages).
  • Sales enablement materials

    : Develop sleek

    sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts

    that make our messaging resonate with prospects.
  • Content design

    : Elevate long-form content like

    whitepapers, guides, and reports

    into visually engaging and easy-to-digest formats.
  • Web & landing page visuals

    : Collaborate with marketing to design and refine

    website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements

    in tools like Figma.
  • Brand consistency & evolution

    : Ensure all outputs align with brand standards while also

    contributing to the ongoing revamp

    of our branding guidelines.
  • Quick-turn requests

    : Handle

    day-to-day design asks

    from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
  • Trendspotting & innovation

    : Bring in

    new design ideas and trends

    to keep our creative fresh and competitive.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with marketers, copywriters, and sales to translate

    open-ended briefs

    into polished, high-impact design outputs.

  • What we're looking for:


    • 2–4 years of experience

      as a graphic designer, ideally in the

      B2B space

      (agency experience preferred).
    • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
    • Figma (for web/landing page and collaborative design)
    • Canva (for quick-turn marketing asks)
    • Awareness of modern design trends and ability to adapt them into marketing assets.
    • Strong portfolio that demonstrates versatility across digital, print, and web.
    • Comfort with

      open-ended briefs

      and ability to transform vague requirements into clear, impactful outputs.
    • High operator mindset

      —someone who delivers fast without compromising quality.
    • Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.

    • You’ve built

      repeatable templates

      that enable the team to produce collaterals more efficiently.
    • Your designs are not just visually appealing, but also

      measurably improving engagement

      across campaigns.
    • You’ve earned a reputation for being a

      high-operator designer
