We are a bike rental platform that offers shared mobility solutions in 20+ cities across 9 States (& expanding). With a range from Ather to BMWs boasting of a fleet of 5k bikes in India.We are looking for someone who is excited by digital marketing, someone who likes to problem solve and manage between multiple projects. We are looking for a marketing generalist who is through knowledge about digital marketing, has had some hands on experience and is looking to grow with the team.Key responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end content creation—both short-form and long-form—including app/website notifications, WhatsApp campaigns, blogs, newsletters, and travel itineraries.
Take ownership of CRM activities — including building and optimising user journeys on Clevertap, as well as maintaining and analysing performance of existing journeys.
Execute retention strategy and measure the impact of it. Make changes so that the impact can be increased over time.
Data analysis & reporting: Utilize tools like Clevertap, Local Brand manager and prepare comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and campaign successes.
Work closely with internal teams to gather design requirements, brief the graphic designers, and ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Support the Business Development and Design teams in planning and executing marketing initiatives for events—this includes on-ground event assistance, coordination, and driving promotions across channels
Need to maintain Google Business Profile - maintain the health of multiple google business profiles, posting & updation of events or offers.

What do you need to have ?

1-2 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to CRM or retention activities being a strong plus
Basic copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and clarity across short and long formats
Working knowledge of CRM tools (Clevertap experience is a bonus!)
A good sense of design and aesthetics—you don’t need to be a designer, but you should know what looks good
A sharp, analytical mind—able to problem-solve and think critically
