⚡ Role Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Executive to join our growing Solar EPC division. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in lead generation and business conversion for rooftop solar projects, ideally achieving 2–2.5 MW of sales per month.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, offering immense growth opportunities for driven professionals passionate about renewable energy.

🏆 Key Responsibilities
• Identify, generate, and convert leads for B2B and B2C solar rooftop projects (industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors).
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve monthly business targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and on-site meetings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and design teams to develop customized proposals and presentations.
• Manage CRM tools and maintain a detailed sales pipeline and performance reports.
• Represent NilVit Energies at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand presence.

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile
• Proven experience in Solar EPC / Renewable Energy marketing and sales (especially rooftop projects).
• Ability to independently close projects totaling 2–2.5 MW per month.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• A results-oriented professional passionate about sustainable energy solutions.
