Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Executive who can independently manage digital marketing execution across content, campaigns, paid ads, SEO, email and WhatsApp automation, and lead-generation activities. The role requires measurable growth delivery tied to lead acquisition, conversions, and revenue influence across both Energy and AI business lines.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Visibility

• Develop and execute a structured monthly content calendar.
• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
• Develop messaging tailored to both audience groups:
• Professionals exploring Energy upskilling programs
• Businesses and professionals engaging with AI solutions and consulting

Campaign Execution & Paid Marketing

• Run weekly paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.

Lead Nurturing and Outreach

• Create and schedule targeted WhatsApp and email automation workflows.
• Support direct outreach campaigns for B2B leads and program enrollments.

SEO & Website Optimization

• Improve Google indexing and organic ranking month over month.
• Optimize landing pages, course pages, and service pages for conversion performance.

Performance Reporting

• Track baseline marketing metrics from day one.
• Maintain weekly campaign performance reports.
• Present monthly KPI dashboards reflecting visible and measurable progress.
  

Expected Performance Outcomes

• Month-on-month growth in website traffic, followers, CTR, and keyword ranking.
• Consistent weekly paid campaign execution with measurable optimization.
• Increasing qualified inbound leads for both training and consulting verticals.
• Demonstrated contribution to enrollments, sales pipeline, and revenue growth.
  

Required Skills and Competencies

• 2–4 years of professional experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or lead-generation roles.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong content writing and visual communication ability.
• Hands-on experience with Canva or Adobe Express.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, MailerLite or similar).
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes.
