*About the Role:*

Mediwin Diagnostic Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Executive to expand our presence across Upper Siliguri and surrounding regions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and managing collection partners/franchisees, ensuring operational efficiency in logistics, and driving revenue growth by achieving assigned sales and sample collection targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Visit assigned zones (Kurseong, Kalimpong, Mirik, Darjeeling, Sikkim) to identify and onboard collection partners/franchisees.

• Convince and collaborate with partners to send diagnostic samples to Mediwin Diagnostic Centre.

• Create and execute strategies to achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sample collection targets.

• Plan and manage the logistics of sample transportation from designated zones to the satellite centre.

• Maintain strong business relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term collaboration.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business development and growth.

• Provide regular reports on performance, partner feedback, and business outcomes.

*Requirements*:

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in diagnostics marketing or franchise development is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare/diagnostic industry will be an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned zones.

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.

• Graduate degree (preferably in Marketing/Healthcare/Business Management).
