Marketing Executive

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive is responsible for expanding and maintaining the company’s network with hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and medical professionals. This role ensures efficient sample collection operations, meets business volume targets, and enhances the company’s reputation through strategic collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and Maintain Professional Relationships:
• Build and nurture strong partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics to support ongoing business objectives and foster long-term collaboration.
• Sample Collection Operations:
• Identify, collaborate with, and onboard sample collectors in targeted areas to ensure efficient and widespread sample collection and coverage.
• Business Volume and Target Achievement:
• Drive timely business growth by meeting or exceeding sample collection targets, ensuring a steady and consistent inflow of business.
• Doctor Collaboration:
• Engage with doctors to create mutually beneficial partnerships, supporting both clinical needs and the company’s outreach efforts, thereby enhancing the organization’s reputation in the healthcare sector.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or relationship management within the diagnostics industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality service.
