Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Identify & onboard new B2B partners doctors, clinics, HR leaders, corporate companies, gyms & RWAs
  
• Conduct

  field visits

  , relationship management & strategic tie-ups for DISHA Health AI wellness services
• Plan & execute

  health camps, corporate wellness programs & promotional events

• Meet monthly

  lead generation & conversion

  targets
• Support launch & promotion of

  AI Smart Health Screening packages

• Create local market awareness through

  doctor referrals, community outreach & corporates

• Work closely with internal team to execute marketing strategies for business growth
  
• Identify strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and customer inflow
  
• Represent the brand professionally in all interactions

• Ensure excellent

  brand visibility

  and awareness in assigned territories
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services and customer satisfaction
  
• Prepare daily/weekly

  field activity & performance reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / MBA

  in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences or related fields
• Field marketing or business development experience in

  Pharma, Diagnostics, Hospitals, Medical Devices, Health Insurance or Wellness Industry.

• Strong B2B networking skills with ability to engage

  Doctors, HR Heads, Corporate Leaders & Healthcare Partners

• Confident personality with excellent

  communication & negotiation

  abilities
• Comfortable with

  daily field travel

  across Lucknow region.
• Ability to independently plan and execute

  lead generation & referral programs

• Result-oriented mindset with

  ownership of targets & timelines

• Proficiency in

  MS Office, CRM, and basic digital marketing support

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license
