Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Construction Firm Job Type: Full-time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Breaks: 15 min Tea Break + 45 min Lunch Break Responsibilities: Find new leads/customers for home construction. Follow up with leads provided by the company. Share company details and explain services to clients. Build and maintain a good relationship with clients. Convince and close agreements with clients. Requirements: Good communication skills. Ability to talk confidently with clients. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Experience in sales/marketing (construction field preferred).
