Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Dealer Management & Meetings

  • Plan, schedule, and conduct regular dealer meetings to discuss sales performance, targets, and marketing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers to ensure smooth operations and brand alignment.
  • Address dealer queries, concerns, and provide necessary support to improve performance.
  • Collect and analyze dealer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure dealers follow brand guidelines, pricing policies, and promotional standards.


Sales Generation

  • Actively support the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Identify potential customers and dealers to expand market reach.
  • Assist in creating sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to support strategic decisions.
  • Track, analyze, and report sales data to guide marketing and sales efforts.


Marketing & Promotional

  • Activities Coordinate branding initiatives, product displays, and promotional events with dealers.
  • Support execution of marketing campaigns (digital, on-ground, and dealer-driven).
  • Ensure adequate availability of promotional materials and brand communication assets.
  • Assist in launching new products and coordinating related marketing activities.


Coordination & Reporting

  • Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans.
  • Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on dealer visits, sales performance, and market insights.
  • Support the marketing manager in strategic planning and execution.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience (Fresher with strong communication skills may be considered).
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation abilities. Basic knowledge of sales & marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
