Job Description

Role & responsibilities

-Conduct field visits to meet prospective clients such as transporters, logistics companies, fleet operators,

and fuel station owners.

- Educate customers about the benefits, usage, and technical aspects of AdBlue.

- Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.

- Build strong relationships with vehicle workshops, auto parts retailers, and lubricant distributors.

- Coordinate with distributors/dealers for timely product availability and support.

- Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence.

- Execute promotional activities and maintain sales records and reports.

- Visit 10-15 outlets daily

- Educate market on AdBlue benefits

- Distribute materials and place branding

- Generate dealer/customer leads

- Submit daily geo-tagged reports

- Coordinate with Shanti's central team

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 1-3 years in field marketing/sales (automobile parts, lubricants, tyres, batteries, or commercial

vehicles)

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)

- Language: Proficiency in Hindi and regional languages; basic English

- Skills: Strong communication, target-driven, willing to travel, technical understanding of AdBlue is a plus.
