Marketing Executive (Female)

direct field marketing and client engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to corporate offices, commercial sites, builders, IT parks, and business hubs to promote services and generate new leads.
• Create awareness about company offerings including: Service-Now Consultancy, Data Center Infrastructure, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi Solutions, Structured Cabling, Active Networking, Network Consultancy, AV & Video Conferencing, Security & Surveillance.
• Identify & approach potential customers and market segments across Pune.
• Explain solutions and gather business requirements from prospects.
• Schedule client meetings/demos for the sales & technical team.
• Maintain records of field visits, interactions, and leads in CRM or internal formats.
• Support participation in events, exhibitions, branding activities, and local promotions.
• Assist in digital marketing follow-ups and outreach as required.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any relevant field.
• 0–1 year of experience in sales/marketing — freshers passionate about field marketing can apply.
• Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
• Friendly demeanor and confidence in customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel locally across Pune on a daily basis for field assignments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and social media.
