Project IT Coordinator

to support the smooth planning and execution of IT projects. This role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure timely delivery, clear communication, and effective resource coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing IT project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, and schedules.
• Communicate project updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify roadblocks early and support timely resolutions.
• Help ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator (IT experience preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar).
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
