Marketing Executive (Female)

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive who is confident on camera and experienced in creating short-form content for beverage, premium products, or FMCG brands. You’ll ideate, script, shoot, and publish high-performing videos and posts that build awareness, consideration, and conversion across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• On-camera content creation: Appear on camera to explain products, run taste tests, how-tos, UGC-style reviews, and founder-style storytelling.
• End-to-end production: Ideation → scripting → shooting (phone or mirrorless) → basic editing → publishing → performance tracking.
• Social media calendar: Plan weekly content (reels, stories, static), aligned with product launches, seasonality, and campaigns.
• Community & influencers: Reply to comments/DMs, manage micro-influencer collaborations, and source UGC.
• Brand storytelling: Translate product benefits (taste, health claims, ingredients, occasions) into simple, compelling hooks.
• Performance marketing support: Deliver ad-ready creatives, A/B variants, and thumbnails; coordinate with performance team on briefs.
• Retail & field content: Create point-of-sale and on-ground content (modern trade/quick commerce/store checks) as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure claims, packaging, and creatives follow brand and FSSAI guidelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 1–3 years in marketing/content for beverage, premium goods, or FMCG (agency or brand-side).
• Comfortable on camera with clear diction and presentable screen presence (Hindi/English both a plus).
• Proven ability to make short-form videos that perform (please share portfolio/reel links).
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Rush, VN, or similar) and strong grasp of hooks, retention, CTAs.
• Data-aware: reads Insights/Analytics, iterates using metrics (view-through, save/share rate, CTR).
• Strong writing skills for captions, scripts, and ad copy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
